Follow us on @theswallowsretreat Private converted barn with its own driveway, patio and gardens leading inside to an open plan living and kitchen area, with a view of the garden and local farmland. The fully equipped kitchen has a two ring induction hobb and a combination microwave. There is a small double (4ft) sofa bed, perfect for a third and possibly fourth guest. Moving through to the bedroom, with views of the neighbouring farm, gives access to the stunning wet room with a rainfall shower and large basin. Outside, there is a private garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is also a large hot tub, which seats 6, which is for the sole use of guests of Swallows’ Retreat and is fenced off from main house. Amenities provided: Bedding, Towels, Robes for the hot tub, toiletries for shower. Large driveway with private access through your private garden to the lodge. We are available and happy to help with information during your stay. Contact details will be provided. Surrounded by farmland and situated in the village of Barton St David. A quiet countryside village near to many local places of interest. New listing which our price is reflective of. A few things we are still trying to finish such as gardens, lawns etc but nothing which would take away from the enjoyment of your stay. If you have any requests for special occasions, ie, balloons, banners, candles, rose petals etc. I am always happy to arrange these for you at cost price so feel free to ask.
