Suite 203 offers a private bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full sized sleeper sofa in the living area. The living area has a smart big screen TV, dining table and a kitchenette; complete with a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Each suite is stocked with locally roasted coffee from Normal Roasting Co. of Burwell, NE. Non-Smoking // 2nd floor Originally built in the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) 's, the Sandhills Suites, was a bustling hotel that housed the rodeo contestants of Nebraska's Big Rodeo and traveling salesmen. Now renovated, the Sandhills Suites offers spacious rooms with modern amenities and locally roasted coffee from Normal Roasting Company. The lobby, sitting area on the 2nd floor and outdoor patio space are all common areas and can be used by guests. No staff is onsite. If you have any issues please call (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Staff is onsite daily from 10am - 7pm. Come visit us at Mariposa, the boutique off the lobby or next door at the restaurant, the Sandstone Grill. Please notify us if you would like your room refreshed daily. We are available through text, phone, and email. Street parking available. Larger vehicles or with trailers may park in nearby parking lot next to 83 Grand Event Center. The Burwell and Calamus area offer many things to do! Boats and trailers may be parked next to 83 Grand Event Center, which is 3 buildings to the east from the Sandhills Suites.
