The villa is close to the lake with beautiful views. Many sports activities can be performed directly around the house or in close proximity of a maximum of 10 minutes car drive: skiing slope, nature hiking path, running trails, cross-country tracks, and downhill biking trails. The town Östersund can be reached in 10 minutes by car or bus. We recommend relaxing evenings in the Sauna and at the fireplace after long days in the close-by mountains. The perfect place for your family holiday. The villa was built in the 60ies and has been nicely renovated over the years. Almost everywhere you will find wooden floors. The open kitchen-, living-, and dining space is the central place for gathering. A relaxing second living room in the souterrain allows for comfortable evenings at the fireplace or in front of the TV. Next door you will find the fitness room and sauna, as well as other practical rooms like the laundry room and storage. The children's rooms are equally sized and ensure a space for playing inside. The sleeping room has a beautiful view over the garden and lake and is separated with half a staircase up from the rest of the house. Here you will also find a desk for focused work or reading if that is needed. Nice neighbourhood that feels very rural and close to nature. However the town is only a few minutes drive away. A fantastic combination - the best of both worlds. There are two parking lots in front of the house. Bikes, Skis and other equipment can be stored in the double-garage. It takes 5-10 mins by car to town and 5 mins to the closest supermarket. Public busses are also a good option to get around. The bus stop is only a few meters away.
