Come visit this unique getaway perfect for all of your Mirror Lake adventures. The Old Welding Shop is about Twenty-five minutes from Park City and Heber. Less than ten minutes to Kamas grocery store, The Notch, and convenience stores. Located along Mirror Lake Scenic Byway and all that the Uintah Mountains offer, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, mountain biking opportunities, and more. The space is unique, walk in through the garage area to a living/gathering space with a pellet stove and electric fireplace. There is an open layout with a Queen size bed, couches, desk, and stackable laundry in the closet. Also on the main floor is a twin daybed with a pullout trundle in a small room adjacent to the queen bed area. Up the stairs, you find an open concept living/tv area with a dining table and full kitchen. The bathroom and vanity area are also on the upper floor. The upper floor is heated and cooled by a mini-split system. This property is directly off of Mirror Lake Highway, great for access to go further up to hiking trails or many of the lakes along Mirror Lakes Scenic Byway. There will be some noise from the road at busy times of the year, as it is just off of the highway. There is a slope to get into the garage area. During winter time, we do have parking above in front of the neighboring home if needed. If you have any needs or questions we are available when you need us. You will be right off of Mirror Lake Highway. Access is very convenient, but you will likely hear the road in busy times. There are homes nearby, most are over three-acre lots, so there is some separation. Neighbors have dogs that sometimes wander over, but it isn't typical and they are normally very friendly.
