Close to nature, 15 minutes drive to the city! Cumberland Park 'Green Tree' Apartment is a self-contained air-conditioned home. Our goal is that you will comfort, serenity, and coziness during your stay. Cumberland Park Apartment consists of one bedroom which can accommodate 2 people, bed can be configured as twin beds or a king-size bed. The apartment itself has a living room with a flat-screen TV, bathroom, and generous kitchen that features a microwave, electric frypan, plug-in electric hotplate, full-size fridge (with freezing compartment). Fresh linens and towels are also provided. Good blinds and screening for privacy. Private outside sitting area and secure parking for one car behind locked gates. You'll have the apartment yourselves, but, we are available if you need us. Please feel free to contact us thru call, SMS, and Airbnb application. Due to Covid risk, this property only caters for double vaccinated guests. Proof of vaccination certificates need to be emailed at the time of booking No washing machine in the apartment but outside line and pegs available for hand washing and some machine washing could be provided at a small cost for longer stays.
