Welcome to our cozy studio apartment, located on our four acre estate in Tuscumbia, Alabama! You will feel like you are out in the country, when you are actually close to everything! The studio apartment is perfect for a business traveler, or couple needing a retreat. You are just minutes from Fame Studios, Downtown Tuscumbia, Sheffield, and Florence! With so many attractions in the Shoals area, it will still be difficult to pry yourself away from the gorgeous pool and relaxing setting! The entire property is shaded by 40 beautiful cedar trees and surrounded by an iconic split rail fence. The studio apartment has been newly renovated and adorned in the southwest style of the property owners. The studio includes covered parking, and plenty of privacy. Do not worry about needing anything! The studio features a queen sized bed, bistro style table, a bar work area, stocked kitchenette, closet, and a full bath! Bring your swim suits to enjoy the large pool on the property or just sit out on spacious Brazilian wood deck over looking the back patio by the fountain & pool, to watch the sun set and see the horses trot past! Truly a piece of heaven. Although the Loft is a private room, the pool area is a shared space. Do not worry though, we have amazing guests and everyone should have a great time and be respectful of their privacy. Guest will have access to the pool (May to October). The spacious deck and covered porche with rocking chairs. Guests have full access to large patio, tables and chairs. This is a shared space. We enjoy meeting interesting guests! If you would like privacy, you will never know we are there...but please know we are are only a short distance if you need anything. The estate is at the end of a dead end lane. It is a very quiet and seemingly secluded neighborhood that is close to many fun tourist attractions. Suburban Property just within city limits but no public transportation. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or special needs. We have taken steps to further sanitize our guests quarters. The room will be cleaned and the air will be disinfected after each stay to give our guests peace of mind. This can help our guests that have issues with asthma and allergies. Our priority is your comfort and safety.
