Beach House with amazing views

This beautiful place is now ours! We can’t wait to have guests enjoy our beautiful cozy cottage and relax on the beach. We will be doing a few renovations in the near future and will upload new pictures showing our updates. With over 1200 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom this place is simply perfect for couples and families. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is an older cottage in a rural area. As we just purchased this cottage, we are looking forward to spending some time enjoying it this summer. The cottage was well cared for, however, the original part of the cottage was built quite a few years ago therefore please be prepared for a slightly rustic experience. We do provide the basics and will always try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The mattresses and living room furniture have recently been upgraded and we are currently planning on more upgrades in the near future. We hope as a guest, you can be open to having a wonderful time enjoying our beach front ocean view property. You will have access to the full property. The mosquitoes and flies can be aggressive in the summer(quite obvious for PEI), however there isn't much that we can do about it. We suggest that you have mosquito repellant to help alleviate the situation. We will be cutting the lawn on the property when needed and will try our best to do it at times that would be less disruptive to our guests.
