Bright and beautiful home in a quiet street

A very comfortable queen bed in a private bedroom with a separate bathroom and living area. The bedroom has plenty of storage and is packed with little extras such as heat packs, lotions and heated blanket. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath with soaps and bubble bath provided. The living area can have 2 recliner seats, an extendable table which can be used for eating or doodling as mindful activities like colouring are available. There’s a TV with chrome cast and books for reading. Use the private area at the front of the house, or join myself in the main lounge at the back. The house also has plenty of kitchen space where breakfast, tea and coffee will be provided. Depending on your plans you could also join me for dinner. The house has a built in BBQ and an under cover outdoor setting to enjoy some peace outside as well. The house comes with a small, playful and affectionate dog who does not shed fur and the house is kept in a very clean condition. There is plenty of parking out the front or I can even make some space in the garage if need be. Guests can access any common space within the house apart from the main occupied bedroom. I will require proof of identity, this could be in the form of a photo of your drivers license, before I give you check in information. This is for the safety of all parties involved. If I am home I will be available for any questions or just for a chat. I’m a teacher so I usually work weekdays from 8-5, however can provide my number for any questions. Very quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful walking track by the river. About 5 minute drive from the main shopping centre. It’s best to drive in this area although there is a train station nearby and Ubers available. There is parking available in the garage or on the street.
