Like new "beachy" Cottage with 2 bedrooms both with pillow top queens, open floor plan, cooks kitchen, WiFi, 50" TV in living room with cable TV and TV in master bedroom, and a large back yard with private patio / fire pit / bbq grill for enjoying those star-filled nights, as well as a "playhouse" that could serve as extra “hanging out” space! Like new with beachy theme - fan lights throughout, dimmable lights, open kitchen and living area and an awesome playhouse for kids or adults young at heart! Guests have full cottage access including a basement with rec room area, playhouse, private back yard with fire pit, bbq grill, and patio set and Adirondack chairs! We are owner operated so we are very responsive to your questions or your needs - we live only 3 blocks away, so if you are in need of anything - just ask! We want you to enjoy your stay. :) The yard is partially wooded and partially open to enjoy the sunshine. We are in a quieter part of the village so you can relax and enjoy yet be close to the goings on. This is Pentwater, walk or bike around and feel the stress slip away!! During the summer months, we typically rent for a minimum of 7 nights.
