In warmer weather enjoy big backyard patio & grill. A 5-10 minute walk to downtown Red Bank restaurants, arts & theater district. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS! There is a flight of steps to the apartment. This deluxe lower level is artfully decorated and an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Red Bank! Ideal for a couple or for a single guests. Spaces is a totally renovated apartment complete with new full bathroom with tub! Home is also surrounded by gardens on a corner lot. During the middle and late summer, vegetable's in garden may be available to eat if they are in season! Queen bedroom separable living room with comfy couch. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS! And not suitable for cats or dogs. An occasional exception for a very small dog has been made. Guests will have access via side door of home along driveway. Ample street parking in quiet neighborhood. Entrance-way to apt is separated by a door to the rest of home. Other portions of home unavailable unless specially arranged. Thanks! The reason why WE DON’T ALLOW SMOKERS is because there is a flight of steps into and out of apt making smoking outside mean regular trips up and down steps necessary and disruptive. Your unit is separate abs private from the rest of the home. Usually one host is present “on site” for most days of the week. Hosts may also be away several days of the week. During most stays there may be an opportunity to meet host. We are pretty friendly! Relatively quiet family street. Red Bank has 2 theatre's, many fine restaurants and shopping! It was touted by Smithsonian and the 3 rd best small town in the USA in 2012! We have a river for boating and fishing too! Area Beaches include Sandy Hook, Sea Bright, Long Branch and Asbury Park beaches are close by. Big back yard and patio with grill! NEXT AVAILABLE DATES FOR HOME ARE listed in calendar. Red Bank or Little Silver NJ Transit trains with service to and from NYC are walkable at about 1 mile. Sea streak ferry to new your is 15 min away. Ferry ride is 45 min to lower Manhattan. Apt has dedicated sole use laundry room but we limit to 2 loads per wk. Plenty of street parking right out front is available. Apt is made separate and private from rest of home by secured doors. Enter and exit privately at any time of the day.
