Charming Garden Studio in Sunnyside, NY

I am pleased to open up my home to visitors in the NYC area. My lovely studio is a private, garden apartment with its own entrance. The studio is located only 20 minutes from Midtown Manhattan - 15 minutes to Greenpoint and Williamsburg, BK, door to door - 15 minutes to the US Open. The studio is updated and offers great amenities for solo travelers and couples looking to get a neighborhood experience in NYC's most diverse borough. Close to restaurants and transport. Completely non-smoking. (ONLY FOR NON-SMOKERS) The studio apartment offers a cozy respite from The City, while close to everything a visitor would like to see. My garden is peaceful and the outdoor eating area gives my guests the option for al fresco dining. Parking is available in the free parking area with the exception of street cleaning days. I will be here to greet you and welcome you to the space. You will have access to the entrance and garden area. There is also a small table near the garden if you want to sit outside and people watch, read, take a call or just enjoy the outside space. Prior to the end of your stay, I will schedule a close out meeting where we will walk through the close-out process together. I am happy to answer any questions and offer suggestions in-person, via phone call, text message or email. Note that my first language is spanish, though I am a fluent english speaker, too. Sunnyside is safe and diverse. This is a real neighborhood home and many of our neighbors are older and have families. We respect our neighborhood by keeping the area clean, helping one another out and greeting one another kindly. There are many food options in the neighborhood and in surrounding neighborhoods. 7 train B(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) busses Parking available in the street with alternate street cleaning The studio is completely private and exclusively for use by our guests. Only for 2 guests (max). There is a private entrance through the garden area solely for use by guests. No smoking, candles, or pets allowed. Trash must be disposed of daily in the designated areas. ***NOTE: On occasion, my toddler grandson will visit and may play on the stoop, away from the Studio area.
