Your bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Share bath, balcony, TV, refrigerator, Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen. Travelers welcome and are welcomed by me personally. You'll have a key to the front door and a written vehicle parking pass to enter the condo development security gate. Vehicles with printing on the outside or with trailers are NOT permitted to park in the parking lot. However, they can be parked on the street. I will be available to offer recommendations... Eats, Entertainment & Activities. Your Privacy is of utmost importance to me. Very quiet. You will never hear a car alarm sounding, or a car door slam, or a car engine start. Very close to public transportation and food shopping. it's an Easy walk to beautiful Lake Ronkonkoma. Parking? No problem. Public Transportation? No Problem Snow removal is prompt & extremely efficient. No numbered or personalized parking spaces.
