Welcome Home to Sunset Suite

This beautiful guest suite is like a boutique hotel. It is separated from the rest of the home with its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, living/dining area, and bathroom. Our home is a five minute walk to the beach, with swimming areas, playgrounds, concession stands and our famous sunsets. It is also one block to the town square with a lovely park surrounded by quaint shops and restaurants. The spacious bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed. The main room has large couch and a kitchen cabinet with a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and kettle available. There is a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon and Apple TV available. There are hypoallergenic cats in the main house (don't go in the suite) just so you know if you have serious allergies. You are welcome to enjoy our garden. There is a bistro set also in the carport for your use. We may greet you when you arrive if we are around, but there is a keyless entry for which you will receive the code prior to arrival. If you prefer to just do your own thing, that's ok too. Goderich hosts many exciting events during the summer. There are also regular treats like the bustling Farmer’s Market every Saturday on the square, Downtown Concerts every Thursday, Piping Down the Sun Friday nights on the beach, and the Circle City Cruizers car show Wednesday nights. Goderich is also a geocaching hot spot. You can walk to everything from our house! Walking, biking, boating and driving are great ways to see the town and surrounding areas and all parking is free except at the beach. We have hiking and biking routes along the Maitland Trail and fishing on the Maitland River all within walking distance of our home. If you are looking for anything special to enhance your stay such as reservations or local treats, please let us know how we can help you. Additionally we have two adult bicycles and a canoe.
