Lovely flat in a quiet and cozy apartment complex, recently built and inspired to the traditional countryside houses of North Italy. The apartment is at the ground floor and with high energetic efficiency, with a lovely and spacious garden that offers total privacy and comfort. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 sofa. All amenities including adjustable heating, modern kitchen with oven, dishes and dishwasher, a clean bathroom with shower, washing machine, drying rack and ironer. The apartment is located in a recently built apartment complex, with a simple and graceful style, inspired by the traditional Lombard farmhouse of many years ago. The condominium is inhabited by families and offers a quiet and peaceful environment. From the gate of the main entrance you pass next to the pleasant hedges of the entrance corridor, and then continue on the left where the apartment is located, the last door on the ground floor. Entering the bright 1 bedroom apartment, near the entrance on the right there is a modern open-kitchen , equipped with a large refrigerator, an oven, an induction hob, a sink and a dishwasher. The kitchen is already equipped with all the dishes necessary for cooking, with cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen tools, a cutting board, a coffee mocha, induction pots and induction pans. In the cabinets of the room there are wine glasses, beer glasses, and even a decanter for any wine tasting. To complete the service in the kitchen, guests can use the coffee capsule machine, original Nespresso (George not included!). The kitchen is equipped with a table and chairs that can also be used as a workdesk for the PC. The sheets, blankets and pillows are provided by the property and are thoroughly washed after each use. The thermostat is located at the entrance to the chamber and it is adjustable. However, we advise the guests to leave the temperature unchanged: in fact the apartment is equipped with underfloor heating with high energy efficiency, which guarantees an optimal temperature in both winter and summer. Near the entrance on the left there is the closet that leads to the bathroom: here there is a new washing machine, equipped with different washing programs. To courtesy of the guests, there is a drying rack, any cleaning accessories, a laundry basket and an iron. Note that the electric iron is located in the closet in the hall. On the right there is a mirror and a coat hanger. The bathroom is simple and distinct, with a sink equipped with cabinets and drawers, a toilet with bidet and a comfortable glass shower. In case guests do not have their own bath towels available, the property provides clean hand and shower towels. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system, but obviously it is not used during the stay of the guests. The apartment does not have a garage but guests can easily find free parking both at the entrance outside of the building and in the enclosed public parking 20 meters from the building.
