Quiet pet-friendly 2 bedroom home with nature at your doorstep. Plenty of outdoor space for the pets as well as 4 different playgrounds and ovals to take the kids. 5 minutes drive to belconnen and 2 minor shops. Linen and towels provided I am a few minutes drive from Belconnen, largest and best shopping centre in the capital. You'll love me because of my super comfy beds and high quality squeeky clean sheets. I am spacious and offer beautifully lansdsaped front part of backyard. A good size 2 br home with nice size size pergola at the front. The bedding configuration is queen and single bed in the main bedroom and queen in the second. With single foldoutsofa in the cupboard if needed. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge room. I have a small pergola covered backyard on the side and and larger backyard at the back. Space to run around and enjoy the garden. Plenty of storage as there are cupboards and robes in all bedrooms.  There is also a garage that can be used by special request. 5 minutes drive from the Canberra Show ground. Easy to get into the city with express buses available on weekdays. And if you r coming from Melbourne you r in luck as it is one of the first suburb you will come across. Also it will be an easy access coming from Sydney as it is on northern part of inner Canberra. The whole of the house and backyard. More than happy to meet/assist with anything to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. Quite and safe. Plenty of space around with children playground and local schools 200 meters away. Well positioned. 5 min drive to the biggest and best shopping center in the capital Westfield Belconnen mall. There is plenty of coffee shops bakeries and restaurants nearby.  Floriade is 15 min away. My favourite newly built arboretum(botanical gardens) is also about 15 minutes drive.   Closest supermarket is Surbarn in Florey only 3 min away. Kippax, Jamison and Belconnen are about 5 minutes drive and have an ALDI, Woolworths and Coles :-). Public transportation is available. Takes about 6-7 minutes drive to get to Belconnen shopping area. Less than 30 minutes drive to Murrambateman wineries. Less than 20 minutes drive into the city outside peak times. 5 minutes drive to Kippax shopping center. More info will be provided on arrival. The cleaning fee provided is only for light cleaning... For group or work bookings we understand that workers leaving an Airbnb may not have the time to clean prior to check out.. We offer an upfront $100 heavy cleaning option. This means you will not have to worry about how the guests leave the place. it will be covered in this additional heavy cleaning option.
