Lovely guesthouse near Uppsala and Stockholm

Come and relax in my lovely guesthouse close to Uppsala and Stockholm. Knivsta is located close to the airport Arlanda as well. The house is located in a friendly neighborhood with good public transportation connections. It is right next to the forest and you can wake up to the singing of the birds. The guesthouse is located in the backyard of my own house. It is a modern house with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. It has a loft with a 160cm bed. You reach the loft via a stair that you can push towards the wall when it’s not needed. There is a patio in front of the house with garden furniture and the possibility to eat your meals outside in the fresh air. For your convenience the heating system can also be used as an air-condition during warm days. For the ones that want to exercise there are some tracks near by and I can even arrange with a PT if you wish (for a little extra cost) There is parking for 1 car available on the property. Additional cars can be parked on the street. The guesthouse is located behind the main house and each guest gets their own personal code prior to arrival which opens the code lock of the door of the guesthouse. I usually are at home in my own house but give my guests privacy if they wish so. However, if there are any questions I am only a text message or a phone call away. During the summer I might be on vacation on my own, but there is usually always a possibility to support my guests in one way or the other It is a lovely suburb neighborhood with many separate houses and a lot of privacy. Close to the guesthouse there is a bus station where busses to either Uppsala or Knivsta station are leaving. From Knivsta station you can get by train to Stockholm in 30 minutes or to Uppsala in less then 10 minutes There is a binder in the house including the house rules and some good to know information. The house has towels and linens included.
