Come spend a relaxing week-end on our 4 acre mini-estate in beautiful Warwick, about one hour from NYC. Our detached 2 bedroom guest apartment is in a secluded setting, yet boasts spectacular views of the Warwick Valley. There are numerous attractions for all tastes. Close to home, Mt Peter Ski Area is within walking distance and further up the mountain is the nationally famous Bellvale Farms Creamery. A short drive away is the Warwick Valley Winery. The apartment has two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and the second with two bunk bed sets, one with a lower level full bed. The living room is spacious and contains a 55” HD TV and blu-ray DVD player. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for eight at the table. The bathroom was completely renovated in Dec. 2018 The apartment is equipped with assorted vintage and contemporary board and card games. Enjoy walking the professionally landscaped grounds. Play bocce and horseshoes or practice your golf swing on our pitching range (110 yds) We reside on the property and are generally available during your stay. Texting is always an option as well. Some of New York State’s biggest attractions are right here in Orange County, including Legoland, The Warwick Valley Winery, West Point, Storm King Art Center, Woodbury Common Premium Outlets and Sugarloaf Art & Craft Village. For those inclined towards outdoor activities, the Appalachian trail is less than a mile away and our kayak is available for use on Greenwood Lake or the Wallkill River, both minutes away.
