You have access to the entire house! 24/7 phone and text access This is a middle-class neighborhood- and your direct neighbors are friendly and used to Airbnb guests coming in and out. Please be mindful that this is a duplex, so no loud parties permitted. 2 miles away from Hagerstown Premium Outlets. 3 minute drive to downtown. Minutes from 70 and 81. Definitely recommend a vehicle Per Airbnb new regulations, no parties allowed. Sleeping capacity of 11 people includes couch and air mattresses. You may have more guests than beds, but I cannot guarantee comfortable accommodations- if you don’t mind, I don’t either.
