Silver Oak is an independent and exclusively designed 1 bedroom holiday home in our property Exuberance Stays. The home is named after Silver Oak trees which grow at a very rapid pace in this soil and environment. The property is located at the village Koleri in Sultan Bathery, Wayanad. Even though this property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city all conveniences are easily accessible.Food delivery APPS, Amazon and other major service providers deliver to the place. The room is well furnished with a King sized bed and orthopaedic recommended Spring Mattress. Multipurpose table for dining , Full length windows to enjoy the scenic view, Electric kettle, mini refrigerator, silver ware, plates bowls are provided. Clean linen, Comforters, blankets, Towels, Body wash are also provided to guests The place has a typical village setting with clean and green surroundings. Guests can independently walk around the place. People are cooperative, nice and helpful I love interacting with guests however I live in Mumbai and I am not available at the location most of the times. The housekeeping staff will be available to attend to you . In case if you need any thing I can be reached on phone The place is close to places which are of interest to Tourists. Guests can walk through the paddy field or meadows just besides the property. The perennial rivulet Narsi is just 200 metres away and one can enjoy wading through the shallow waters or try your luck at fishing. A heart shaped lake called love lake is 2 kms away from the place , you can enjoy the scenic settings The place is about 100 Kms away from the Kozhikode and Kannur airport . The closest city Sultan Bathery is a bout 14 kms away. Kenichira is the nearest town. Long distance busses from Bangalore, Mysore, Kozhikode halts at Kalpetta and Sultan Bathery. Autorickshaw, rental car or two wheelers can be easily hired to reach our place.
