Incredible mountain lodge and small intimate wedding venue on 27 acres! Seclusion yet stores and restaurants nearby. Breathtaking view of Pikes Peak and surrounding area from 18 foot living room windows. Each room in the home has a view of Pikes Peak and each bedroom has private bath and deck access. This home was completed in 2019 and is truly a custom home. High end kitchen with commercial appliances and granite countertops. 8 person hottub. Close to so many great activities in the area! 3 see through gas fireplaces between living/dining room, master bedroom/bathroom and downstairs bar/lounge area. Hardwood floors throughout with carpeted bedrooms. In floor heat keeps the home at a consistent temperature and feels great on the feet! Back deck runs the length of the house and is approximately 1000 sq ft. Plenty of room for enjoying the view and outdoor living, deck is partially covered. Great hiking on the property and enjoy sledding and snowshoeing in the winter. We have glorious sunrises at the home and the view of Pikes Peak is constantly changing and amazing. 3 flatscreen TV's in living room and downstairs rec area with Dish network. 2 of the TV's are smart TV's so you can watch your personal favorites. Please note, the elevation is 9000 ft. We live nearby and are always available via text, phone or email. We love to give recommendations about the area. 1.5 miles from Hwy 24 and only a few minutes to Woodland Park and Divide. Divide has 3 great restaurants, 2 gas stations and a grocery and liquor store. Woodland Park is a larger town and has 4 groceries stores including WalMart and numerous restaurants and things to do. We are only 23 miles from Cripple Creek which is an historic gold mining town and now boasts gambling and great restaurants and views! World class fishing at nearby Spinney Mountain and 11 Mile State Parks. Approximately 1 hour or less to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, White water rafting and so much more. Great hiking trails within a few minutes of the home. A car is mandatory to get around as there is no public transportation in the area. We do have a local cab company and occasionally ride sharing options. The elevation is 9000 ft
