Atticus House, Luxury eco-house - sleeps 14

Atticus House is the perfect stay for groups of up to 14 people, whether you’re after a family getaway or a weekend away with friends, we’ve got you covered. We are proud to cater for all ages. Our family room is fully stocked to keep children entertained during your stay. (Please note that whilst we welcome and cater for children, the property is not childproofed.) Pets are also welcome, although please do inform us before bringing your furry friends. The ground floor boasts a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with projector and log burner, family room with sofa bed and downstairs WC. The outside space consists of half an acre, including a hot tub area (ideal for a Prosecco, or three!), pergola and views to the countryside beyond. Upstairs are 5 king size bedrooms (3 of which are en-suite), 1 room with 2 single beds and a family bathroom. The large gated driveway provides ample secure parking for exclusive use by guests. The car port also has a type 2 electric car charging point. Fresh bed linen, towels and essential toiletries provided. Hot tub essentials are also provided; towels, flip flops and plastic drinking glasses. We do ask that pets are kept downstairs and are not allowed in any bedrooms. There is an additional cleaning charge when bringing dogs - this it to ensure allergens can be removed for future guests. Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside as the garden is not secure. We will be available as much or as little as you’d like during your stay. We are always happy to offer recommendations. The town centre is less than 10 minutes away. Silverstone is just 25 minutes away. Bicester Village is a 30 minute drive from the property. The historic market town of Olney is just 14 miles away. Junction 9 of the M42 is 16 miles away and Junction 14 of the M1 is 8 miles away. London is just a 30 minute direct train ride away from our nearest station. Activities such as indoor skydiving and indoor ski slope are just 15 minutes away, with the local pub being a short walk away through the countryside. A car/ cars are essential for this property, as we are located in the countryside, with most activities being a drive away. Please familiarise yourself with the info guides provided in the property on arrival. We are an eco house, so some appliances and facilities may run on systems you haven’t used previously.
