This newly renovated, and meticulously clean house is walking distance to downtown restaurants and events, and stone's throw to hiking destinations, and a quick pedal to the I&M canal trail. The kitchen is very well appointed, and there is off street parking. The house is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each group. There are two bedrooms, with queen size memory foam mattress, that I continually get compliments on how comfortable they are. The third bedroom has two twin size memory foam mattresses, on basic frames. Also, all bedding is premium organic cotton or bamboo. The entire house. Well equipped kitchen, living, dining, and laundry, off street parking, propane grill, and coolers. I am available via phone and email. Nice residential neighborhood, walking distance from restaurants, groceries, USPS, yoga studios, parks and the river. 10 minute drive from Skydive Chicago. 10 minutes to Starved Rock State park, and other similar activities. A few blocks from the I&M Canal State Trail, great for bike riders and walkers alike. No public transportation, but walking distance from anywhere in town. There is ample free street parking. NO SMOKING in house or garage of any type please. No deep frying in the kitchen. I'm happy to host pets, just please use the couch cover if they sit on furniture. Thank you!
