Bedroom in Heliopolis (MALE GUESTS ONLY)

The room is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, with lots of malls and cafes nearby. The airport is only 15-20 mins away! The room is cozy and comfortable. It has a double bed, so perfect for one guest. You have a dedicated workspace - a desk and chair inside the room. The room will be secured with your own key. The bathroom has everything you need, and is shared with just myself only. The kitchen is very well equipped, and you can use it whenever. You will feel at home in my apartment! I only host male guests in my apartment. Unfortunately, I don't host females, couples or more than 1 guest. The room can only fit 1 male guest. Please note: There is no A/C in the room. During the colder months, a portable heater is available on request (extra charge - 50 EGP/night). My apartment is located in a very vibrant Egyptian neighbourhood, in a well kept building. I live on the 7th floor with a lift. I live in the apartment by myself, so the shared spaces will only be shared with me. I keep the apartment clean and clutter free so my guest can relax and feel comfortable in the apartment. I give my guest privacy and space but I'm available when needed. I am reachable at all times via by person or by message/phone. Inside the apartment, guests has access to everything: (kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony) Local access to many groceries stores and local restaurants and cafes. I live in the apartment, however I give my guests space but I'm available when needed. I am reachable at all times via by person or by message/phone. Very vibrant local Egyptian neighbourhood! Plenty of groceries stores, and local cafes nearby. Neighbourhood is quite central to many places such as malls and tourist sites. Everything is within 10-15 minutes taxi journey, or you can even take the metro. The nearest metro station to my place is Saray El-Kobba and Hammamat El Kobba. It is about a 5-10 minute walk from these metro stations to mine. Easiest way to get around is by taxi, you can book through the Uber or Careem app. Usage of washing machine: - Short term guests (less than 4 nights) - 1 usage included in the price. - Long term guests - 2 usage per week included in the price. If you require extra usage of the machine, there is an additional charge of 20 EGP per usage.
