Located minutes to Lake Conroe, the Convention Center & Conroe Featuring 7 bedrooms & 7.5 bathrooms to sleep up to 30 people! The Kings Resort features a 6,000 square foot house with a modern yet rustic touch capable of accommodating up to 28 guests in beds & approximately 32 with inflatable mattresses/alternative bedding. Spacious bedrooms most featuring their own private bathroom. There is a living room in the middle of the home with a huge private pool in the back relaxing waterfall. It is only minutes to Lake Conroe where you can enjoy your day on the lake with various Watercraft Vendors just a few miles away. There is an attached apartment to the home that has separate entrances that the property management stays in. A pond is available in the back woods of the property that is great for on-site fishing fun (Catch & Release). This is also a great space for corporate events or family reunions on the beautiful well kept 10 acres.. You will have access to the entire home consisting, fully outfitted Kitchen ready to create culinary master pieces or serve the masses. Extra large living room area capable to entertain large groups. And the main feature, our backyard paradise sprawling with lounging space, patio string lighting and our enormous pool. Everything set to create your own perfect memories to last a lifetime~!. We are available for our guests as much, or as little, as they would like and we're happy to provide information about the local & surrounding area attractions, eats and must see! Furthermore, we live locally, so it's easy if you have any needs........ The place is 5 minutes to the freeway, 45 minutes to IAH (George Bush Intl Airport), and & Downtown Houston. The Woodlands is approximately 15-20 mins which offer all variety of music & entertainment, fine dining, World Class Shopping & more! All major needs are only 7-10 minutes away (groceries, fuel, banking, etc). Enjoy fishing on site from the Resort, or take a short drive to Lake Conroe. A 27-hole golf course is also just a few minutes drives, as well as sailing, waterskiing, & other water sports. Hiking and biking trails are a great way to explore nearby Sam Houston National Forest. For big-city activities, plan a drive to Houston, less than an hour away. Close by is Old Town Spring with many arts & crafts shops as well as the Conroe Outlet Mall. Located not far is the Texas Renaissance Festival #TexRenFest, held for 9 weekends in October-November. Bring your boat and explore beautiful Lake Conroe. It is 10 acres of unrestricted land. About 1 mile from Lake Conroe boat launch. Private vehicle will be most convenient, UBER and Taxi services are available locally. There is no public transportation. We also can arrange Shuttle, Livery, as well as Turo, Car Rental, contact us for details There is parking for 10 cars on the property, if your expecting more please contact us to make parking arrangements.
