Please advise us if you will be traveling with any pets. Our bungalow is a serene retreat, along a creek, with the sights and sounds of nature. While being conveniently located in the center of Peoria. This charming bungalow is 450 square feet. It's best suited for a single, or 2 adults. You'll hear chirping birds, and perhaps even a barred owl. There are plenty of squirrels, rabbits, and chipmunks too. You can sleep among the treetops, with skylights, in the loft bedroom. The loft sleeps two in a cozy full- size Beautyrest bed. There staircase leading to the loft is very steep. We also provide a Queen air bed for use on the main level. Tune into your favorite shows or movie with our 45-inch HD TV. There is Comcast cable, which includes a remote with voice recognition. If you need to stay connected, there is hi-speed WiFi. The living room is comfortable and cozy with an electric fireplace, for those chilly winter months. The kitchen is well-equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, full-size refrigerator, and a high-top table that seats two. There is also a full-size Samsung washer and dryer. Guests have access to the entire house and property. Nature setting and very quiet neighborhood. Tree-lined boulevard - perfect for taking a walk. Shopping and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. A car is the best method of transportation in Peoria. However, you can catch a bus on a nearby boulevard. There is convenient parking on a quiet street. The loft bedroom has a full-size bed, which is accessed by a very steep ladder-like stairs, with sturdy hand rails. For those guests who are uncomfortable with the stairs, we have a queen air bed for use on the main level.
