Sea-View Double Bedroom With Your Own Bathroom

Your own unique, private space, with the Menai Straits right outside & woodland/wildlife 5mins walk away. You will have your own entrance, your own bathroom (with bath and shower, toilet & sink) & your sea-view double bedroom is right next to your bathroom, at the top of the stairs, with your bedroom & bathroom doors further protected by a screen from the rest of the house. You can enjoy your own privacy or head downstairs to enjoy the fire, your own TV sitting room & make use of the kitchen. I work from home (running my own non profit) but I will mostly keep to my rooms/be out walking the dogs so that you can enjoy the house as much as possible (and the patio outside) and feel free to use the kitchen and both the TV room and the sitting room with the stove fire. I am very much available should you need help with anything and you'll have my number in case you need anything when I'm out. The house looks out to the ever-changing Menai Strait, with a patio on which to relax and watch the waters, the boats, the wildlife and the passers by. Within a 10 minute walk are woodlands (that continue to run along the coast) full of wildlife and even Red Squirrels, if you get lucky enough to see one bounding through the trees. You’re also only a 5 minute walk from Menai Bridge town itself, with restaurants, cafes and lots of independent shops. PARKING: parking is free along Cambria Road (running along one side of the house) but it can get busy. Free parking can always be found on other nearby streets however, within a 5 minute walk. BUSES: Menai Bridge has a bus station in the centre of town.
