This 1936 home is one of the oldest in Graeagle, has plenty of modern conveniences and is in the perfect location. This Mountain retreat in the heart of Graeagle. Just yards from the pond, grocery store, restaurants and shops. Visit Graeagle in the best location in town. Please limit your visit to the downstairs area. Guests may access the downstairs area. A short drive to the corner barn, 20 mile house, lakes basin area, Gold lake, and many hiking and biking trails. This is our home that we live in. We open it up for people to be able to experience our great little town, please be mindful of that. With that being said, we do have personal items in the home. We have done our best to minimize our personal items and make our home as comfortable as possible for you. Remember you are a guest in someone else’s home not a hotel room. The upstairs is storage and not available for use and is not listed as part of the house rental.
