With a perfect location in the countryside, away from the City's hazzle and dazzle, you can fully relax, while still being able to reach the Capital City Center within 45 min. We have a Park-like Garden with beautiful views and recreational areas incl. BBQ, Bonfire, Basket, Soccer, Trampolin, Fitness-tools; all tastefully integrated into the Garden. Our house offers 155 sqm of well-equipped modern living, as well as Park-like Garden of close to 10,000 sqm. A red thread throughout our home is Contemporary Scandinavian Design whether indoor or outdoor. The House includes 4 bed rooms - divided on 1 Master Bedroom, 2 other Bedrooms and a Loft - offering Bedspace for 6+ people. The House offers (besides Bedrooms) : Kitchen with large Dining Area, Living room, Rapos and Entrance. Our Park-like Garden offers, besides beautiful views, both Relaxation- and Recreational areas incl. Terraces, BBQ, Bonfire, Basket, Soccer, Trampolin, Fitness-tools; all tastefully integrated into the Garden. Our Indoor is as well equipped as the garden offering e.g. 55 Inch Smart tv, Apple TV, Wifi, All Modern Kitchen Appliances, Soccer table, Mini Table Tennis, Washing Machine, Dryer etc. When you stay in our home Clean towels, sheets, pillows and duvets will be available. Our House is located in an area of beautiful nature, in the center of Seeland, Denmark - on the edge of the town of Hvalsø (4,000+ inhabitants), a 3 min car drive/10 min walk from its city center. Hvalsø offers both a Railway- & Busstation, several Supermarkets, Restaurants, Retailstores, Gasstations, Service Shops (e.g. Bikerepair) etc. - even a Cinema. The location is perfect for discovering the real countryside of Seeland (Sjælland), as we are located very central to all main cities : - Roskilde, Ringsted, Holbæk & Køge are all 20 km away (20 min by Car) - København is 45 km away (45 min by Car) Hvalsø also offers access to : - playgrounds - forrest (Bistrup Skovene) - swimming lakes (e.g. Avnsø), and - recreational areas , and the closes Beaches are located 10-15 km away (Borrevejle & Herslev). Trains arrive/depart e.g. for Roskilde & Copenhagen, as a minimum, every 30 min throughout the day. Last but not least, then Hvalsø and Center of Seeland offers some of Denmarks most spectacular landscape for Cycling, hence bring your bike(s).
