1890s Farmhouse style home has character. Modern kitchen & downstairs bath, rest of house has period details & mix of antiques & newer pieces. Hardwood floors throughout. Comfy beds with plenty of quilts & old-fashioned wool blankets. Old books to peruse or pull out the Scrabble game! Step back into the past - No TV or cable, but there is a flatscreen TV with a good selection of movies. Wifi, too. Ext security cameras. PLEASE NOTE: limited cell phone reception - AT&T & TMobile = NO reception! This old house is full of character and history. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to "downtown." I can be your tour guide, as time allows. You will have access to the entire house, except the master bedroom. I will make you aware of any idiosyncrasies that may be found in this old house! The large yard is also available for your use. There is a badminton/volleyball set available, as well as a "corn-hole" game. I like to socialize with my guests, but can also make myself scarce if you prefer to spend your day(s) here quietly. This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet right on ITS-87. It is one block away from our "downtown" area, and walking distance to several churches. There is no public transportation in Bingham. There is a local grocery store within 2 miles, plus a very homey restaurant and a pharmacy within walking distance. If you are a sporting enthusiast, Baker House is right on ITS-87! Please note that parking may be limited for large trailers. Our local fire department is volunteer, so occasionally you will hear the siren go off calling in volunteers. The siren is on the next block, so is very loud. No A/C, but there are window fans in all bedrooms.
