This apartment is not a shared space but is for your exclusive use while staying. There is an adjacent separate area in the entrance foyer with the second restroom and laundry area that you may also use and it may be occasionally used by my daughter or me if working in garage area but it is separate from the apartment (just outside French doors). I will advise you if we need to come into that area (although it is very seldom) . Entire space is Non-Smoking.
