You will fall in love with Perry, and Perry Place! Perry Place offers an easy commute to the Perry Hospital and Houston Medical Center. For working guests looking for an extended stay situation in a beautiful home setting, this is your home away from home. A second bedroom can be made available for multiple travelers with permission from the host. Interested guests should message the host in advance for arrangements. No pets over fifteen (20 lbs) pounds. Your pet must be trained and well behaved. I am sorry for the inconvenience. A small fee will be assessed ($10 per night per pet) to handle additional cleaning. Please make sure your pet is clean and free of fleas. The shower is not for pets. Your dog much be on leash at all times unless it is in your room. You may take your pet in the back yard but not the front yard. Be prepared to take your pet with you when you are not on site. There are Pet Play services available in the area but you will need proof of a rabies vaccine. Children are welcome in my home but parents must be mindful that my home is not child proofed. Parents must look after their children at all times and take care to clean or pick up behind them. Gabby, the resident cat is a short hair tabby who loves company! Be mindful if you have allergies. Guests will have access to all common areas i.e. kitchen, dining, family/sunroom, and the laundry room are available. Guest using the washer and dryer must give themselves at least two hours before check out time if you need to do a load of laundry. One load limit for guests staying 2-6 nights. Add’l loads may be done for a fee of $5 per load. Two loads per week for extended stay guest of at least one week. If guests do not provide their own laundry detergent suitable for a High Efficiency washer and use the host detergent, you will be charged an add’l. $2 per load. Guests staying one night will be charged a $5 fee for each load of laundry and if using the host’s detergent will be charged an add’l. $2 per load. ***Add’l. charges will be assessed through Airbnb. You will be notified prior to any add’l charges being processed. I believe in giving my guests plenty of privacy but will be available for questions and chats . A beautiful neighborhood with friendly folks just minutes from the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter, the Museum of Aviation at Robins Air Force Base, the Houston Medical Center and the Perry Hospital. You will need a car to get around in the area. Uber, Taxi, or Rental car is available. The Perry community takes pride in welcoming new and returning guests to our town.
