We offer a private and peaceful retreat from the cares of every day life with beautiful unobstructed views of the night sky. We are a gentle walk to Rollins lake and the Bear river is just down the road. There is a sweet country store nearby that can provide that important forgotten item. You are welcome to fully enjoy the quietude of the land or explore the lakes, rivers and restaurants of nearby Grass Valley or Nevada City. The Yuba river is often a favorite destination. TheAirB&B unit is a separate carriage house apartment independent from the main house. It has a private entrance, then up carpeted steps to the apartment. There is a fully equiped kitchen with a small fridge, vintage vita mix, filtered water, 2 burner hot plate and toaster oven. I am available to answer any questions you may have or give you all the space you wish. There is a great little neighborhood store just minutes away by foot. On the property there is a large organic garden, orchard, chickens and a natural pond for swimming, contemplation, or yoga. Parking is available next to their outside separate entrance This is a healing, peaceful environment. The grounds are extensive and inviting. We are Eco-friendly using all natural cleaning materials, no chemicals or mold. We love to share eggs from our sweet chickens and veggies, fruit and flowers from the garden when available.
