Cozy modern guest suite conveniently located near Sidney and Saanichton on Vancouver Island's beautiful Saanich Peninsula. Tucked right along Lochside bike route and Patricia Bay Hwy, you'll be just a 4 minute drive from Victoria's international airport, 5 min. to the vibrant community of Sidney, 7 min. to the Swartz Bay Ferry, 15 min. to world-famous Butchart Gardens (even if you're not the touristy-type, this is still worth a visit!) 25 minutes to beautiful downtown Victoria. We've created this space to include all the conveniences you need for an enjoyable stay, realizing that with all the outdoor beauty, culture and dining nearby - you may just come back here to sleep! Please note that this suite has lower-level access and is not suitable for those for whom stairs are difficult. Self check in with digital keypad Your hosts can be reached via text or phone. Bike straight from Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal OR Victoria International Airport. We offer shed for bike storage on site and well-lit, easy access parking. Lochside bike trail is right around the corner to take you into Victoria, or taste the fruits of our local agriculture as you tour local coffee shops, wineries, breweries and produce stands. Just 5 minutes away in Sidney, you'll find a dining experience to suit and craving; from Swiss to Thai, Japanese to Greek, and Indian to classic seaside fish 'n chips...and much more. Sidney is known for its collection of bookshops (new and vintage), art galleries, coffee shops and eclectic thrift stores. Community events, local aquarium and epic Thursday night markets make Sidney a popular gathering spot for locals and visitors alike. Public transportation is just a 2 minute walk from your doorstep. Bike trails are a popular way to get pretty much anywhere you want to go on the Saanich Peninsula. Hiking trails, parks, beaches, wildlife, markets, shops, galleries and dining for every budget abound here. Sidney is an excellent community for walking, as is downtown Victoria.
