This house right now can sleep comfortably 10 adults no children or 8 adults 3 children and has 1 porter cot A sofa bed that could sleep a further 2 adults or children. With outdoor furniture that can be moved to suit your mood, front or backyard. Ten seater outdoor dining setting, bbq that can be wheeled and a small outdoor fire pit makes outdoor entertaining easy. All 4 bedrooms are large with comfy mattresses and luxury linen you’ll Sleep like a baby. The master bedroom and front bedroom have a smart tv. The two front bedrooms and all windows at the front of the house have large picture windows that provide great views and lots of light, but do not open. Air humidifier in 1 bedroom and a portable evap cooler in the other provide the ventilation and assists in a great sleep. The back windows in the living areas all opening, has the breeze flowing through out the house.
