Entire apartment in quiet village setting

Perfect space There is a gravel driveway, with ample parking that leads up to a gated courtyard and french doors. Downstairs there is a large lounge with pool table and sofa that opens out to a double bed. Large tv on end wall. Upstairs is a fully fitted kitchen area , which includes fridge, dishwasher, hob, microwave/ oven and sink. There is also a table and 4 chairs. The sliding door leads to the bedroom with king size bed, and another door leads to the bathroom with electric shower, toilet and sink. The apartment faces the green which is a large open space and there is ample parking on the driveway. There is usually someone in the main house who is available for any help or suggestions for local excursions. Guests can knock on the front door or message through Airbnb. We are situated around a large green in a quiet village setting. It is just a few minutes walk to the small parade of shops which can supply all your essentials. There is the barn stores, local family owned award winning butcher, hairdressers and local cafe. Over the main road and down a Twitten there is the beautiful village green with the Tiger pub, cafe, delicatessen, and fantastic Thai restaurant, Thai Terre. Birling gap beach is a few miles down the road and the South Downs run along the back of the village.
