Our unique space is on the lake in the middle of Chapel Hill. 5 min drive to downtown or University Mall. 3 min drive to Franklin Street & Whole Foods. Private dock to enjoy drinks & watch the sunset or take a cruise on the lake in a kayak. The Swedish room is a beautiful suite with a nice sitting area. It has lake front views and a sitting area for reading or a desk to sit and work. Full bath with window seat. An additional large sitting area to relax. Queen size bed. All new luxurious linens. Our unique space is on the only lake in the middle of Chapel Hill NC. 5 minute drive to downtown Chapel Hill or our local University Mall with a brand new dinner theater. 3 min drive to Franklin Street and Whole Foods. Private dock to enjoy a glass of wine/drinks and watch the sunset or take a cruise on the beautiful lake in one of the kayaks or catamaran. Relaxing in your room with sitting area, TV and cable. 2 outdoor porches one screened where you can enjoy drinks and relax with a good book and relaxing background music.You will have access to the private dock, 2 Kayaks, Catamaran. Take a stroll to the private park at the end of the road. Enjoy a game of Pool or Foosball in the entertainment area. If you are up for a workout instead of relaxing stop by the small workout room with TV, recumbent bike, elliptical and weight equipment. Last but not least take in a movie or watch a football in the movie theater. We are here to offer recommendations for local restaurants, shopping etc,, but if you prefer privacy that is fine too. Our neighborhood is very unique in that it is sits on a lake in the middle of Chapel Hill. Our home is lakefront. Private park at the end of our road. Walking distance to the park. Beautiful wooded old trees. Quiet & Serene. Amazing sunsets. Chapel Hill has a great public bus system. We are a 3-5 minute drive to Franklin Street, Whole Foods, University Mall and downtown. We have a friendly dog.
