Boat through the locks and enjoy the many neighboring lakes in the Rideau System. 40 min north of Kingston 1.5 hrs from Ottawa 3 hrs from Toronto or Montreal It's your time to unwind and relax. Please note that end of June thru Aug, rentals are Sat. to Sat. Thanks. Two bedroom cottage - sleeps 4. One bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd has a double bed with a single bunk. Three piece bath. Fully equipped kitchen (sans dishwasher) Satellite and Internet Air conditioning Fire pit Wrap-a-round deck with BBQ and patio furniture Private dock and free docking Weed mat installed for weed free swimming off the dock Access to kayak and paddle boat Two bedroom cottage is on the same property as my house, just steps apart, so I'm available if you have any questions. Available via a knock on the door or a text! Local winery with amazing food - Francois and Allison Scheuermann Great little shops and convenient grocery store - Kudrinkos Great dining and entertainment with two local pubs - The Cove; Westport Brew Pub; Lost Penny Foley Mountain Conservation area and beautiful hiking trails Village of 650 so no buses but there is now a cab available. 15 minute walk to local restaurants and pubs with entertainment on the weekends. Lots to see and do nearby. Summer rentals are weekly - Saturday to Saturday. Unfortunately we do not accept pets due to allergens and extra cleaning necessary. Guests bring their own sheets and towels to ensure highest levels of sanitation. If you prefer linens are provided, a $75 laundry fee is applied. Thank you.
