House at water next to Bellport golf course

Single standing house right at the Great South Bay and next to Bellport Beach. Paddle Boards are popular particularly in the calm morning water. You can also bath and swim directly from the house or from the beach club wearing water shoes. The water and my property is separated by a bulwark. Ladder available in garage to get up. Parking for 4 cars. Bellport village is pretty with small shops, cafes and restaurants. The owner is in New York City. No keys needed for access. Age request 25. The house is spacious with cable TV in all 6 rooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower and a small bathtub with jets. Other bathrooms have dual access from the bedrooms. Entire house The owner will not be there at arrival and departure but can always be reached by phone. Day trips by car to Sag Harbor, Shelter Island and the Long Island vineyards. Cooper beach in Southampton is one of the best beaches in the US and is only 40 min away by car. During the week you can buy a Day-Pass for parking at the beach for $50 Fire Island can be reached by car (20-25 min) or by ferries from Patchogue and Sayville. The Hamptons are 30- 40 min by car. Frequent trains to Manhattan from Patchogue station (90 min) that is 15 min by car and with paid parking. Bellport station is same distance but less frequent service. Public bus transport is also available. Driving to Manhattan is 80 - 150 min depending on traffic. There are shopping malls and outlets within 30 - 40 min by car.
