Wonderful view only 1 hour from Rome center

House split in 2 separate departments in a peaceful area right outside the mideaval city of Olevano Romano. The huge terrasse has an astonishing view to the valley and several hill top villages on the mountains to the west. The top house has a bedroom for two people and the appartment below the terrasse has one double bed and 2 single beds. In addidtion there is a transportable single bed. The house is only 3 km from Olevano Romano with restaurants and bars - and only 1 hour from Rome. It is recommended to have a car. The city, Olevano Romano, can be reached by foot in 30 minutes, but the road is dark at night.
