Modern, quiet and restful top floor rooms

My modern home was built 15 years ago. You will have complete use of the 3 rooms of my top floor-comprising small furnished lounge with TV, bathroom (bath and shower) and w/c, bedroom with both a double and single bed, large wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, kitchen facilities and dining room, all on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. Property is in a quiet cul de sac which backs onto the Coast to Coast cycle track. Guests can use WC, kitchen and dining room on ground floor. Lounge, bathroom and bedroom on top floor. if you need secure storage for bicycles they can go into my locked garage. I’m not always at home but am always contactable. Call me any time on + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) if you have questions or need help there are bus stops just outside of my estate from where you can travel into Newcastle or Sunderland My property is only about 0.75 miles away from both north and south junctions of A1 motorway. I provide a selection of cereals,bread, bagels, jams and juice for guest’s breakfast. They can help themselves to tea and coffee at any time during their stay
