Charming 2 bedroom in the heart of Lochgoilhead village. Nestled at the bottom of Glen Donich, Hollybank has spectacular views over the Loch and the large, partly fenced garden is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee while enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Or enjoying a BBQ with family and friends. The garden is equipped with a large Outback BBQ, and a dining table that will seat six comfortably. The garden is partly elevated with the top part fully enclosed, the bottom of the garden has ample space for parking and can accommodate up to 3 cars easily. This part of the garden is also suitable for other activities. We have decorated and furnished Hollybank to try ensure our guests will find it relaxing and a real home from home, providing extra touches such as cosy cushions and throws and battery operated candles throughout. On the ground floor there is a large tastefully decorated double bedroom with wardrobe and full length mirror. Separate dining room with sofa for entertaining, there is also a desk in this room should you need to work. the dining table comfortably seats six . Modern, bright kitchen fully equipped including cafetiere, smoothie maker, dishwasher and microwave. Bowls are also provided for our doggie friends. Reading nook in the hallway for rainy days. Fully equipped Toilet/Shower room. Top floor Bedroom 2, another tastefully decorated spacious room with ample hanging space/ drawers for clothes. This room also has a dressing table and full length mirror. Spacious cosy living room with double sofa bed and two two seater sofa's, there are spectacular views from this room and binoculars are provided. All bedding and towels are supplied, as well as a starter pack with essentials, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, hand soap and bin bags The cottage is tucked away, but 1 minute from the beach and local shops as well as the Goil Inn which serves food. Drimsyne holiday village is a 15 minute walk away and provides activities for everyone from play areas for toddlers to tribute nights and live music for the adults . Lochgoilhead is a popular choice for walking enthusiasts and families, If hiking is not for you there are still beautiful gentle walks around the village. There is something here for everyone, and we have a guest book with information/recommendations etc. I will be available by phone and if needed can get there in person in an emergency
