It is beautifully furnished throughout with super king bed with door leading to the garden, large bathroom with roll top bath & walk in shower, & open plan fully kitted kitchen/sitting room. Outside is a private, mediterranean style gravel garden with stone patio and parking. It is metres away from the river Eye, in one of the most picturesque spots in the Cotswolds. The interior of the barn is very spacious, with high sloping ceilings with original beams. The main room is a large open plan kitchen sitting room. At one end is the kitchen with table and chairs and the other half is occupied by the seating area, with sofa, chair and television. There are wooden floors throughout with lovely striped rugs. The bathroom is tiled with basin and mirror, toilet, large walk in shower and roll top bath. In the bedroom there is very comfortable super king bed, with Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, a chest of drawers and door to the garden. Upper Slaughter's honey coloured cottages are surrounded by meadows and rolling hills, great for walking and cycling. The towns of Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-wold are both within 10 minutes drive, with interesting shops, tourist attractions and pubs and restaurants. Car is recommended.
