Yetsonais Cottage is situated adjacent to a farm and enjoys an enviable location overlooking The Fallapit estate with its parkland-like grounds and fields which provide a delightful setting. It has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and all the usual amenities such as Smart TV's, Nespresso Machine and an all important salt-water hot tub! South Milton Sands and Salcombe are just 15 minutes away, and beautiful Dartmoor is a mere 30 minute journey. We have a friendly village Inn just a walk away. Yetsonais Cottage has has been beautifully refurbished and extended and now provides excellent, family-sized accommodation, arranged over three storey's with lots of natural light - a particular feature being the impressive wooden conservatory/dining extension linking to the kitchen at the rear. We have a lovely terrace for eating, and a great deck space for lounging and relaxing with a refreshing drink. We are available 24/7 for emergencies Just to remind you that we do not provide bath towels or beach towels - please being your own. Bath mats and hand towels are provided.
