Upstairs there is a comfortable and spacious living room with kitchen, dining area and bathroom, while in the attic there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own double bed. If you are heading towards us for the first time and you are not sure if you are on the right road, it is enough to enter our address Mali Vrh 451a, Varaždinbreg, and you will be brought right in front of the house. The house has its own private, large parking lot. If you want to discover the beautiful area outside the holiday house "Franky", it will take only 9 km (5 mi) to the baroque city of Varaždin, also known as Little Vienna, and 8.5 km (5 mi) to the beautiful city of Varaždinske Toplice, famous for its modern spa. The first smaller shop is 1.7 km (1 mi) away from the house, and the first larger shopping center, which includes cinemas and entertainment facilities, is only 4.6 km (3 mi) away from the house.
