This new home was specially designed to enjoy nature, as you relax by the pool, on a hammock or on the terrace to view the ocean, or stroll on the beach while enjoying the sunset or a pleasant jog. Home is fully equipped, bedrooms include linen and towels, kitchen has pots, pans, dishware, silverware and glassware for your group. Private parking inside the property. A private home all to you and your guests, you will enjoy one daily cleaning from the housekeeper. We offer the option of hiring a cook and if you need additional services, feel free to let us know. The rental includes 65 kWH of electricity per day, water and cooking gas. You will drive on a paved road to Pochomil, from there it is 3 kms on a dirt road to the beach. We will supply the map once you make the reservation. Housekeeper lives in an apartment separate from the main house, but in the property, and is available if you need them. Pochomil Viejo is an exclusive beach located just one hour from Managua. It is a group of 50 beachfront homes. The nearest public access to the beach is 2 kms away, which makes it a very quiet place. Fisherman's town of Masachapa, only 5 kms away, is where you can buy fresh fish, do some grocery shopping and enjoy local restaurants. Most guests get around by walking on the beach, renting an ATV and riding them on the beach or to town. Pochomil and Masachapa are 2 to 4 kms away where you can purchase groceries, enjoy local restaurants and buy fresh fish. If you are staying longer, you can visit Masaya, Granada and Leon, all are one to two hours away from Pochomil. Each bedroom has a King or Queen mattress, additional mattresses are available to put on the floor. If you plan to bring a pet, you must let us know. A fee applies.
