Lovely monumental family house (200m2) in the beloved Bos & Vaart neighborhood. Spacious livingroom, designer kitchen, sunny garden (south), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Quiet street (free parking), park & playground around the corner, only 5 min. from city center and 5 min. from trainstation. Welcome to our lovely monumental family house in the beloved Bos & Vaart neighborhood. A spacious livingroom, designer kitchen, sunny south-facing garden, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Our street is a quiet street, with free parking and just 5 minutes (cycling) distance from Haarlem center, 5 minutes (driving) from the railway station and 20 minutes (driving) from Amsterdam, or 15 minutes (driving) to Zandvoort beach. Our street is adjacent to the city park Haarlemmerhout and a large playground. Great choice both for families or couples. Sorry, we do not accept a group of young singles. The house is semi-detached and spacious (ca. 200m2). Our ‘livingroom en suite’ adjoins a fully equiped open kitchen and has french doors facing the garden. On the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom with a large king size bed and a spacious balcony (no rear neighbours). Our bathroom has both a bath and a rain shower. On the same floor we have a pretty large kids bedroom with a large 1p (twijfelaar) bed. There is also enough space for a travel cod. On the same floor there is a study, which will be closed during your stay. On the topfloor you will find a nice room with a double bed, which can be seperated if it's not used by a couple. On this floor there is a second bathroom (toilet & shower). There is also a comfortable washroom (washer, dryer). There is free-wifi available. Rent a bike and go the Dutch way! Cycle to the center (5 minutes), station (5 minutes) and beach (40 minutes). Amsterdam is 20 minutes by car and 15 minutes by train. Buses stop around the corner. We love our historic neighbourhood. Besides that Haarlem is really a great base to explore the Netherlands. Let us know what you'd like to do and we'll give you all sorts of tips. From the coolest beach club, must-see historical sites, best places to go with kids to the most popular restaurants in town. We will not be present during your stay, and we usually stay in touch with our guest during their stay through Whats App or text massages. One dog is allowed, but not upstairs (euro 150 cleaning fine) and please, hè or she needs to behave and not going to our neighbors garden. Please note! published price is excl. 5,00 per person per night local tax. This is not included and needs to be paid seperately via Airbnb. On this floor there is a second bathroom (toilet & shower). There is also a comfortable washroom (washer, dryer) and a study. It's a short cycle trip to the center (5 minutes), station (5 minutes) and beach (40 minutes). You can rent bikes in Haarlem city center or at Heemstede Aerdenhout railway station. Go the Dutch way! Amsterdam is 20 minutes by car and 15 minutes by train. Buses stop around the corner. Free parking in our street. (Website hidden by Airbnb) Bus no 50 stops at the Wagenweg, 100 mtrs from our house and goes to Haarlem Central Station (trains to Amsterdam or Zandvoort). Bus no 80 stops at the Leidsevaart, 3 minute walk from our house and goes directly to the centre of Amsterdam (one direction) or Zandvoort (other direction). - local tourist tax = extra => pay 5 pppn (also for kids/baby) directly to us upon arrival! - no partying - no smoking - no group of youngsters (pref. families)
