The study is situated on the ground floor. Living Room. The grandest room in the house. Perfect for cosying up on the sofa with a good book, Netflix binge or challenging someone to a board game. The cupboard is well stocked. Bathroom. Includes a big bath perfect for a long soak and powerful rain shower. Bedroom One. Huge calm and relaxing room with a comfortable queen-size double bed. Bedroom Two. A cosy and relaxing room that includes a standard double. The property has access to on-street parking. It's a 2k scenic walk to the city centre through Victoria Park and past the Royal Cresent. Weston has a regular bus service. Numbers 4/4a go to the city centre.
