Rustic Cozy Cabin with hot tub

Planning a romantic night, a meditation retreat, or a night with friends next to the fire pit? Book your stay in our unique rustic cabin surrounded by trees and fields of moss. We have all the amenities to turn your camping stay into glamping. Head out to the river, eat at the local restaurants, bike, hike, enjoy wildlife, enjoy our collection of games/VHS/books, huddle with your pets and relax in the private hot tub! The cabin is heated by the wood stove, pls, bring firewood and a water jug. This tiny house was hand-built in the early 1980s by Bob, the first owner of this property, as a little escape for himself. He filled in the cabin with lots of cartoons and movies on VHS, books, vinyl records, board games and other cute items that create a unique cozy atmosphere. We keep everything untouched for you to enjoy that retro vibe. Bedroom: You will sleep on a double bed with a warm goose-down blanket. There is a sofa-bed in the living room which can be used as a double bed. We provide the bedding and pillows/blankets. We think that the cabin fits the best 2-3 guests, but some of our guests stayed in a group of 4. Heating: The cabin is heated by a small woodstove, you will need to feed it hourly during cold season. We provide the wood, but you will need to chop it or bring your own, which is already chopped. We provide an axe. There is an electric heater as a backup option. Don't worry, our guests don't freeze even at -40C as the cabin is well insulated. Kitchen: There is a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, kettle, electric plate, fridge, drip coffee maker and all sorts of dishes/cutlery. There is no running water in the cabin, pls, bring a water jug or you can use tap water from the bathroom. There is a propane BBQ and an outdoor fire pit for your delicious stakes and hot dogs. Washroom: We keep the full bathroom on the 1st floor of the main house exclusively for our guests. It has a separate entrance and located in about 30 steps away from the cabin. Hot tub: Enjoy our hot tub reserved only for you. We provide towels, spa sleepers, bathrobes and a hairdryer for your best comfort. Pets: your cute pups are more than welcome! Feel free to use our dog run, also you can walk off-leash on the lake, which is right next to our property. You can also skate there! Enjoy 2.5 acres of our awesome forest with friendly deers asking for carrots! You are more than welcome to use the following amenities: hot tub, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, bathroom on the 1st floor of the main house, dog run, 2.5 acres of the forest in the backyard, guest parking (straight from the driveway), smoking/conversation zone in the arch. The cabin is available for self-check-in after 2 p.m. Feel free to use the hot tub and the bathroom on the first floor of the main house (the door facing the backyard).
