This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully renovated cabin boasts a full living room, dining room and spacious fully equipped kitchen. The bright new kitchen has all stainless appliances, and an open shelf system to hold all your hiking snacks with lots of counter space. Located right across from the street from the Dauphin Hospital and 10 minutes away from Northgate Trailhead. Dauphin is located 45 minutes away from Wasagaming (Downtown Clear Lake). The drive is beautiful during any season! Drive with caution, you may come across a Moose or a few Black Bears! Our cabin is roughly 1000 square feet and provides the perfect backdrop for your trail ride getaway, couple's weekend or family fun. There are two bedrooms, all on the same floor and one full bathroom. The open concept living/dining area boasts a bright and airy space to live and play with a tv and a cute dining area. Whether you're reading your book or relaxing with a glass of wine after your full day of trails and movie on the couch, we want you to kick back and relax. There’s wifi available so feel free to use this space to work and play ;-) This home has it’s own private entrance. I am always a quick text away! The home is located in quiet neighbourhood, and our goal is to be great neighbours. We ask that guests are mindful of this and respect outdoor quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. There is no street parking but the properties can accommodates a few cars. Our cabin is located 10 minutes away from the Northgate Trail systems, 15 minutes away from Riding Mountain National Park Northgate and 45 minutes away from Wasagaming (Downtown Clear Lake). Local Tip: Hit Boreal trail on the way to Wasagaming, it’s the perfect family friendly trail! We are so happy to share our space with guests who are looking to use it as a retreat to reconnect with family and friends, but please note that this is not a party rental. We ask all guests to familiarize themselves with covid restrictions and to plan their trips accordingly. Firearms of any kind are not allowed in the house or on the property. This includes but is not limited to pellet guns, air guns, hand rifles and shotguns.
