Cheerful 3 bedroom holiday home @ Three Cliffs Bay

Well equipped and comfortable holiday home, which will suit families, walkers and beach lovers. An amazing location; walk through the back gate along a wooded lane, and on to the cliff paths. It's only 10 minutes walk to Pennard castle & down to Three Cliffs Bay. The golf course is 15 minutes walk away. Southgate village offers pub meals, a shop and a post office. Easy access to the rest of Gower (The first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and all the attractions and sights of South Wales. The upstairs sleeps 7. Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed, desk and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 - Double bed with single bunk on top (a triple bunkbed) Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds. Travel cot available. Bath / shower room with sink, Separate WC with sink. Downstairs you have an entrance hall which leads onto the lounge and kitchen. The lounge features a log stove, large TV and two 2-seater sofas. Head through to the dining room, with a table that seats eight (extra chairs are stored, should you need them). This connects back onto the kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped and has an oven with gas hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, full fridge / freezer, and dishwasher and washing machine. A tumble dryer is also in the home. The garden is private and enclosed, it has a lawn, a raised patio and clothes dryer. A lovely place to sit and listen to the birds and enjoy the evening. The back gate leads to a quiet lane and either to The Gower Inn, or to the cliff paths and down to Three Cliffs Bay. Friday is normally check in / out day - but please ask if you have a special request. Street parking on a quiet road. A short flight of steps down to the entrance. There is also a bus to Swansea bus station and access to the national train network. We are 13 minutes from Mumbles and 20 mins from Rhossli Bay. Please contact me during your stay for local advice, or help with the property. 10 minutes walk to the cliff path via a lane at the back of the house. The Gower Inn pub is minutes walk away. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Other things to note: We provide all bed linen, bath towels and a hand towel for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels. There are tea towels in the kitchen and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and welsh cakes. We welcome a well behaved dog - Downstairs only and please bring a throw etc if required. The house is unfortunately not currently suitable for guests with limited mobility. The house is located within a quiet residential and not suitable for stag or hen parties.
